I am indeed playing with the camera, slowly but surely. Nothing spectacular yet (if ever), because I’m still learning the basics. But I’m pointing it at things at long last, yes.

You’ve put your camera down? Then the world is broken. This is not how it’s meant to be. May the lord have mercy on us.

That was the plan.

But I’m glad I didn’t, because my finances need to be put in order. Currently working on that.

As soon as it’s wise to do so, or at least less unwise, I’ll be leaping on the Eurostar.

And that sky? Pah. That’s Orkney being friendly. (Although I should add that Orkney gave me the second worst sunburn of my life, back in ’02.
